After 17 years work in films, the
producer Outi Rousu founded Periferia
Productions in 2002.
Periferia has a vast experience on feature films, documentaries, short films, tv-series and international co-productions. Periferia also provides production services for foreign and domestic film companies. Periferia locates in town of Oulu, by the Bothnia Sea.
